The test line has more than 30 sets of dc-40g microwave product test equipment, includes signal source, spectrum analyzer, vector network analyzer, noise meter, power meter, power amplifier, oscilloscope, power supply, electronic load, etc.
Reliability test and detection equipment includes high and low temperature test chamber, high temperature test chamber, vibration test bench, bond tension tester, pull and push dynamometer, leakage detection equipment, etc.
